Visit details & bonus terms
Read these rules before agreeing in the portal. Acknowledgment is recorded only when you choose the confirmation checkbox and submit it.

Location and photos
I consent to this portal checking my location when I start or resume work and while the visit camera is open. Each visit photo records its capture time, GPS coordinates and reported accuracy. The portal does not continuously track my route in the background; the location watch stops when the camera closes or the page is hidden. Camera access does not include the microphone.
Records and access
The portal records my assigned account name, role, session times, visits, contact details, answers, photos, location information and notice version and confirmation time. Authorized management can review these records. Records are stored using the portal’s hosting services, and submitted photos are stored in the connected private Google Drive. Maps and route services are described in the Privacy notice. My personal access code identifies my account even if I mistype my name; I must not share it or use another person’s code.
Safe and accurate visits
Use this portal and its camera only while safely parked. Follow traffic laws, property rules and management instructions; never rush or interact with the portal while driving. Map directions, travel estimates and GPS measurements can be inaccurate and are not safety guarantees. Visit the assigned destination, provide truthful information, and take current photos relevant to that visit. Do not photograph sensitive documents or people without permission.
If you cannot participate
Contact management if a visit is unsafe, the destination is wrong, permissions are unavailable, or you do not agree to this collection. You can stop future camera or location access in browser settings; this may prevent new visit verification and does not delete records already submitted. Management can explain an alternative work process and handle requests about existing records.
Time and payments
The portal’s timer and visit totals do not replace your usual time and payment records. Record all work time through the required process. Using this portal does not waive rights to wages, overtime, required reimbursements or other rights that cannot legally be waived. Legal responsibilities continue to apply.
Visit bonus
These additional terms apply only when management enables the bonus for your round.

$2 per qualifying visit
When management enables Visit bonus for this round, each location you personally complete can qualify for a $2 bonus in addition to your regular compensation. The same visit is counted once. Other users’ visits, unsent drafts and queued uploads are not your completed bonus visits.
Review is required
Save the visit with the required contact information, truthful answers and a current camera photo with location information, then submit your round. Management checks that you visited the assigned destination and met these requirements. A submission or displayed estimate is not automatic approval or payment. Wrong destinations, missing or unusable evidence, duplicate claims or false information can result in rejection with a recorded reason. Contact management to correct an error or question a decision.
Pending and approved amounts
The counter shows an estimate awaiting review. Only approved qualifying visits appear in the approved total. Approval is a record for separate payment processing, not a payment sent by this portal. Required wages, overtime and other legal entitlements remain payable under applicable law regardless of these display labels.
Program changes
Management may change, pause or end the bonus program for future rounds at any time, without advance notice except where notice is required by law. The terms recorded when this round starts continue to apply to its qualifying work. Changes do not cancel bonuses already earned under the applicable terms or other amounts required by law.
